AWOL again

I'm feeling really bad for not posting much stuff.. I've been bogged with assignments and also been going out a bit more than i'm used to..

But I promise to come up with some cool things when I'm free again :)

I have an assignment on Mock-Teaching coming up soon..and I haven't thought about what I want to "teach"..I'm supposed to come up with a piano lesson plan for a 7- to 8-year-old kid.. for someone who hasn't taught before, it's gonna be a wild and interesting ride.. at the same time, I'm scared s**tless.. On top of that I have altogether 3 essays to write this semester..for Advanced Musicology..not something i can play around with, unlike Music History I-III..

Sorry but I just felt like talking a lot in this post..

There is something that caught my attention while reading other blogs.. "How do you see life through your eyes?"

We don't really think about it that much. I know I don't. I guess it's best said with photos..and I don't have any of my own. yet. So I'll try to ..soon.

In the mean time..wish me luck for this semester because I darn well need all that I can get. Thanks :)

Surprise, Surprise

You wouldn't believe what I got for Valentine's Day. Actually, I couldn't believe it myself.

A Diana F+ special edition (it's called CMYK, cyan-magenta-yellow-black, the 4 most important colours to print designers)!!!! Finally!!! it's so pretty! Thanks to my amazing boy, I can go forward with dabbling into analogue photography :)

I have yet to get my 120 film so it will take some time before I get to post my "work" here haha..but I can't hardly wait.

oh btw, if you haven't noticed, I've made a 'list' for the song/songs that I'm listening to every day. Only the ones that I think you should experience with me :)

Chinese New Year is officially a day away..it's on Valentine's Day..how crazy is that? anyway, i'm back in my hometown driving around on errands, and there're just too many cars on the road.

it was a Friday after all, so I can't really complain. on top of it being Friday, it's the eve of Chinese New Year Eve. so there.

I know it's old news but here it is : Malaysian drivers suck the life and joy out of me.

They make me want to scream! I can't, for the life of me, stand them. Almost every single one of them. It's like they left their conscience at home before going out. Not to mention (but very important to be mentioned anyway), courtesy. Hello, I can't read your damn mind. You need to indicate where you're turning. seriously.

Word of the day: Prick.

Monday is Bongo Day

Oh gosh how long has it been?? I apologize (even to myself) for not having the time to do anything here.. I've been bogged down by exams and assignments it was not funny.. And as you can see, it ended today so here i am :) Anyway, there's not much to share this time, only 3 things:

[1] I'm trying to get a Lomo Camera! (woohooo) yup. I found a few candidates online, even the Diana and Diana Mini!

[2] My amazing friend, Joanne(i prefer calling her Sioky/Siokz haha) shared with me this amazing website : Eat Drink Chic please check it out it's awesome, it covers interior decorating, design, and fashion.

[3] another website I found through Apartment Therapy is Elle Decor :) by the name of the site, you would know it's all about interior...I'm an interior decorating and designing junkie (although I don't know much, I love to look at the photos and dream of some day having my house look like them)

aahh..getting super overdosed on Lomography now..

oh one more thing, i learnt something cool from my classmate 2 weeks ago. She got this tip from her lecturer. "Make it simple, but not simpler". It comes in handy when you're doing assignments and presentations :)
